    LEGAL SERVICES FOR REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE LICENSE OF FOREIGN TRADER

    • Consulting the establishment of representative offices of foreign traders in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City;

    • Assisting the representative offices in registering seals and tax code;

    • Registering personal income tax, supporting personal income tax declaration for employees of the representative offices; Assisting clients in carrying out procedures for personal income tax finalization of foreign employees;

    • Registering social insurances for employees of the representative offices;

    • Performing application procedures for work permits for foreign employees in Vietnam;

    • Supporting application procedures for visa, temporary residence cards and immigration of foreign employees as well as their relatives; 

    • Supporting the representative offices in reporting activities of foreign traders to the competent agencies;

    • Advising the amendments of the representative office license in case of changing locations and/or the chief of the representative office;

    • Consulting and conducting dissolution procedures of the representative offices as well as procedures for settling employee benefits, closing insurance books, and finalizing personal income tax.
