1. PROJECT HOUSING Real Estate

• LAWPRO provided legal advices to an Investor being an enterprise listed on the stock exchange and  always in the group of enterprises that lead the real estate market.  The case is in the process of  implementation of the new urban area project in the west of Hanoi city, which has a land area of ​​up to 288.8ha. LAWPRO assisted this Investor in activities such as: mobilizing capital from secondary investors and individual clients; advising on implementing projects with design contractors, construct infrastructure and cooperating with real estate distribution agencies; representing clients to resolve disputes related to capital contribution, investment and purchase houses in project. The above-mentioned urban area project includes villas, adjacent houses, offices and schools. At the same time, LAWPRO is also providing legal advices to this Investor in managing and operating one of the first urban areas in Hanoi City.

• LAWPRO has been assisting an Investor being a listed company investing in building an urban area of ​​25ha in Bac Ninh province, including villas, adjacent houses and apartments, roads, green parks, trade centers, etc.

• LAWPRO assisted mergers and acquisitions transactions for a trade village project combined with a 73ha urban area in Bac Ninh province.

• LAWPRO also assisted the above Investor in cooperating with another investor in a project to build and develop the service area (housing for specialists and commercial centers) at a High-tech Zone in Hanoi City.

• LAWPRO assisted the Investor to solve the requirements of residents in managing and operating an urban area of ​​300ha in Long Bien District, Hanoi City.

• LAWPRO assisted the Investor of a real estate company in Hoa Binh province to invest in building an ecological urban area in Hoa Binh with the scale of 200ha during the implementation process: establishing joint operationfor the project; applying for investment certificate and investment cooperation between the joint operation of investors and other investors.

• Advising for an oil and gas corporation listed on the stock exchange in: corporation and investment of a rental housing project, associating with that is an energy investment project implementation in Thanh Hoa province with scale of 25ha.

• LAWPRO assisted the Investor in identifying plans and drafting contracts to transfer villas and townhouses in another resettlement site project in Ho Chi Minh City.

• LAWPRO assisted the Investor in resolving cooperative relations with partner who is also real estate company on project transferred land use rights for resettlement in a resettlement area of ​​Ho Chi Minh City.

• Provided legal advices for a company specializing in providing high-end rental and real estate management services for foreigners in Hanoi in: contracts and forms construction for distributing real estate service activities.

2. OFFICE Real Estate

• LAWPRO assisted for projects of trading and operating office buildings in Hoang Mai district, Long Bien district, etc. (Hanoi city).

• LAWPRO assisted the Investor in determining a dispute solution with the contractor about building an office building in Ho Chi Minh City.

3. TRADE CENTER Real Estate

• Provided legal advice for a leading real estate company in Ca Mau province to implement the operation and exploitation of a high-class commercial area project with an area of 5000 m² .

• Provided legal advice for leasing activities of shopping centers and supermarkets chain of foreign-invested enterprise specializing in supermarkets, with a wide network in Vietnam.

4. HOTEL – RESORT Real Estate

• Advised a real estate trading company in the project of mobilizing investment capital, receiving capital transfer and deploying an ecological resort project that combines with forest protection, marine life conservation and wild animal farming. It was on Phu Quoc Island (Kien Giang province), with planning scale of more than 67 hectares.

• Advised many clients on M&A contractions for high-end hotels and resorts, office buildings and trade centers in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa province and many other localities.

5. FACTORY Real Estate

LAWPRO provided legal advices to enterprises that rent factories and land to implement investment and production projects; Provided legal assistance for investors and contractors in many construction contract transactions, including contract consultancy and dispute resolution.
