Legal services provided by LAWPRO to solve problems, disputes for Clients are carried out through the following stages:

Stage 1: Providing legal opinion on the contract disputes

• Providing legal advice on legal relations and fields of dispute.

• Analyzing advantages and disadvantages of the Clients in the dispute basing on contracts and provided documents.

• Working and guiding Clients to collect further evidence and relevant materials; Directly collecting materials and evidences through contacting with relevant individuals, organizations and agencies.

• Advising and guiding or implementing the consolidation of legal documents in preparation for the negotiation or initiation of the lawsuits.

• Consulting, preparing and negotiating with relevant parties in dispute resolution.

• Advising the Clients in selecting the appropriate dispute resolution method or dispute settlement agency.

Stage 2: Representing in the legal proceedings for contract disputes settlement

• Representing Clients in meeting, negotiation or and reconciliation session for disputes settlement between parties.

• Appointing authorized attorney to meet and discuss with dispute settlement agencies, arbitration; participating in mediation and trial sessions on behalf of Clients.

• Appointing lawyers to protect the Clients’ interests in court, arbitration at the first-instance or appellate levels.

Stage 3: Supporting enforcement of court decisions, arbitration

• Representing Clients to recover debts, following up with the execution of the judgments and decisions of the courts or arbitration.

• Supporting the enforcement of judgments and decisions of Vietnamese courts or arbitration.

• Supporting procedures for recognizing and enforcing decisions of foreign courts and arbitral awards in Vietnam.
