• Advising and negotiating on behalf of a Vietnamese contractor to collect payment under construction contract from the investor in a more than 9 billion Vietnamese dong real-estate project in Hanoi;

• Consulting and representing the investor of a Hong Kong wholly-owned company to settle the disputes arising from a factory construction contract in Bac Giang Province’s industrial park. In addition, LAWPRO also provided the client with legal assistant in expanding the scale of the factory.
