Respond to the suggestion of Bohemian Wear Hoi An Fashion Co., Ltd. on guiding the implementation of retail operations of goods manufactured by the Company in Vietnam according to Transitional Document No. 6039 / VPCP-DMMDN dated June 26 / 2018 of the Government Office, Ministry of Industry and Trade has the following opinion:
Wholesale and retail distribution in Vietnam market of goods produced by foreign-invested economic organizations in Vietnam according to the registered investment objectives and projects is the right to consume goods manufactured by foreign-invested economic organizations, not subject to the Government's Decree No. 09/2018 / ND-CP of January 15, 2018.
Therefore, foreign-invested economic organizations are not required to carry out procedures for granting business licenses or licenses for setting up retail establishments according to the provisions of this Decree.
However, for goods subject to conditional production and business (if any), foreign-invested economic organizations must meet production and business conditions according to specialized laws. related industry.
