LAWPRO has been providing legal services in the field of education and training for domestic and foreign investors. We are always a reliable companion of investors, making an important contribution to the development of education and training in Vietnam.

EXPERIENCE IN PROVIDING LEGAL ADVICE IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Advising and performing legal procedures to establish foreign-invested English language training institutions (UK). LAWPRO has supported investors from the investment licensing, business registration, and establishment and operation license stages of the foreign language center and applying for the license to operate the Center for Foreign Languages (English). In addition, LAWPRO also supports investors in educational cooperation activities with secondary schools and high schools in Hanoi city. This is one of LAWPRO's 2018 outstanding projects to support foreign investors in the field of education.

• In the field of English training, we also advised an enterprise in receiving license for online English training from a Hong Kong enterprise partner which has launched the chain in China and some East Asian and Southeast Asian countries.

• In addition, LAWPRO has been providing regular legal support to a Japanese Language Training Center for the purpose of labor export. This center has developed very successfully and became a reputable unit in the field of labor export to Japan.

• Advising and performing legal procedures to change the owners of a private preschool system operating under the license from Australia.

• LAWPRO has also provided legal support in obtaining work permits for foreign teachers in educational institutions.

• In the field of training for entrepreneurs and enterprises, we advised and represented a Vietnamese enterprise in negotiating and signing a master franchise contract from the United States to provide training service. This franchise system has been operating in 30 countries worldwide. LAWPRO provided legal advice to clients on developing franchising systems for secondary franchisees.

• We also advised and supported the same clients in performing legal consolidation to operate another franchise system - an oral marketing consulting program from the United States; This system has been in operation for over 35 years and present in more than 70 countries. Currently, this system is very successful in Vietnam.
