HOUSING PROJECT

• LAWPRO provide consulting service on regular basis to a listed enterprise for the implementation of a New urban area project in the West side of Hanoi with an area up to 288.8 hectares, including: mobilizing capital from secondary investors and individuals; advising the investors in working with designing, infrastructure construction contractors and cooperating with real estate distributors; acting as investor’s representative in the settlement of disputes relating to capital contribution, investment and sale of project house. The project above includes villas, adjoining houses, offices and schools. At the same time, LAWPRO is also providing legal service for the Investor in managing and operating one of the first residence park in Hanoi.                               

• Providing legal assistance to a listed real estate company in building a 25 hectares urban area in Bac Ninh province, including: villas, adjoining houses and apartment buildings, roads, green parks shopping centers, etc. 

• Providing legal assistance in acquiring an enterprise owning a project of craft village combined with urban area with an area of 73 hectares in Bac Ninh province. 

• Providing legal assistance for a cooperation of developing a housing service area (houses for experts and commercial center) in a Hi-Tech Park in Hanoi. 

• Providing legal assistance for addressing the requirements of residents in the management and operation of a 300 hectares urban area in Long Bien District, Hanoi. 

• LAWPRO supported this Investor in projects of purchasing, selling and operating office buildings in Hoang Mai District, Long Bien District, Hanoi, etc. 

• Being the permanent consultant for the Investor of a real estate company in Hoa Binh province in investing in an ecological urban area in Hoa Binh with an area of 200 hectares. LAWPRO supported this Investor throughout the process of establishing a joint venture for the project, applying for investment certificate and investment cooperation certificate between the joint venture investor and other investors.

• Providing legal advice and support the negotiation of cooperation between investors in developing a high end urban area of 88 ha near the new administrative center of Cao Bang province;

• Advising a listed petroleum corporation in the cooperation for developing a rental housing project associated with the implementation of an energy investment project in Thanh Hoa province with an area of 25 hectares.

• Being the permanent adviser of a company specializing in providing high quality housing and real estate management services for Japanese in Hanoi in the development of a set of contracts and forms for providing real estate services; Supporting the joint venture with Japanese partners in field of real estate management.

OFFICE LEASING PROJECTS

• LAWPRO provided legal assistance in the sale and operation of office building in Cau Giay, Hoang Mai, Long Bien, etc (Hanoi city);

• LAWPRO supported the investor in determining the dispute resolution plan with the contractors in the construction of a office building in Ho Chi Minh city; 

SHOPPING CENTER 

• Providing legal advice to a leading real estate company in Ca Mau province on the implementation and operation of a high-class commercial area project with an area of 5000 m².

• Providing legal advice in operation and management of the retail chain to a foreign-invested retail enterprise having the network widespread Vietnam;

• Providing legal advice in the investment and capital contribution to a Vietnamese enterprise in investing to Malaysia with a project of shopping center for Vietnamese.

HOTELS – RESORTS

• Being the consultant for the capital mobilization and purchase and implementation of an ecological resort project in combination with forest protection, marine and wildlife conservation in Phu Quoc Island (Kien Giang Province), with a planning area of over 67 hectares;

• Being the legal representative in acquisition of hotels and resorts in Hanoi, HCMC, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa.
