EXPERIENCE IN PROVIDING LEGAL ADVICE FOR LOGISTICS COMPANIES

• Providing legal advice in the establishment of the Foreign Logistics Companies in Vietnam (France, America, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Hongkong, UAE, Turkey) to provide transport agency, freight forwarding, customs clearance and warehouse services. LAWPRO also supports customers with investment license renewal and licensing issues. Moreover, LAWPRO supports customers in M&A transactions with Logistics Companies in Vietnam.

• Providing legal advice regarding the restructure of a logistics company established by American investors, focusing on renovating the investment capital and shareholders structure. 

• Providing legal advice in drafting and reviewing of internal management processes of a local transportation company, of which head office is in Hai Phong City and branches are in Hanoi City and Ho Chi Minh City. This company is a member of Amcham, Auscham and Eurocham.

• Providing legal advice regarding internal management regulations of a company specialised in logistics services for large-scale projects (hotels, resorts, factories, etc.), such as project management regulations, financial regulations, procurement regulations, etc. 

• Providing permanent legal advice to a logistics company established by French investors, of which head office is in Ho Chi Minh City and branch is in Hanoi City, regarding labour matters, warehouses, car rent, and security services. 

• Providing legal advice regarding investment capital contribution, and tax to a logistics company established by Korean investors in Hanoi City. 

• Providing legal advice and assisting a logistics company established by Taiwanese investors, of which head office is located in Ho Chi Minh City, in resolving debt recovery dispute arising from a transport contract with its customer in Bac Giang Province; the value of such dispute is over VND 9.7 billions. 

• Representing a logistics company in Hanoi at VIAC Arbitration in resolving debt collection disputes with customers.

• Providing permanent legal advice to a chain of retail supermarkets established by foreign investors in many provinces in Vietnam, in transactions with logistics services providers.
