What is franchising?

Commercial rights mean a party (referred to as the Franchisor) authorizes and requires the other party (referred to as the Franchisee) to do the business on its own to provide goods or services under the Franchisor's specific system which is cooperated with trademarks, trade names, business slogans, business logos, advertisement of the Franchisor.

Franchise is a commercial activity whereby the Franchisor authorizes and requires the Franchisee to trade goods or provide services by itself under the following conditions: 

• The purchase and sale of goods and service provision is carrying out in the manner of business stipulated by the Franchisor; and cooperated with trademarks, trade names, business know-hows, business slogans, business logos, advertisement;
• The Franchisor has the right to control and assist the Franchisee in operating the business.
